He  was a contestant on Season 1 of Fox’s Masterchef, making it all the way to the final 5, and now Chef Sharone Hakman has launched his Hak’s Chipotle Bourbon Barbecue Sauce on Chef Sharone talks with Brian and Marilyn about his new company and his plans for other BBQ sauces to come soon.

Also, Scott Roberts reviews Flaming Joe’s Hot Caribbean Jerk Sauce.

I am not sure what style of teriyaki sauce you are used too. The thick American style or the thinner Japanese style. If you would like a good basic teriyaki sauce recipe let me know. :)

To be honest, I guess we’re used to the thick, American style of teriyaki. But if you have a simple recipe for making some *authentic* Japanese style teriyaki, please share, by all means!
